Booking Policy

All bookings made through Bookingooo must adhere to our terms and conditions and are subject to availability. Changes or cancellations may be allowed but will attract applicable charges as per the selected booking and refund policies. Prices may vary based on location, season, and demand.

This is a family-friendly service, and we request guests to respect the comfort and privacy of others. Alcohol and smoking are allowed in designated areas but must be done responsibly. The use or possession of any illegal or intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.

  • This is a family farmhouse, hence we request you to not indulge.
  • Drinking and smoking within controlled limits are permitted at the farmhouse but please do not create a mess or ruckus at the house.
  • Drugs and intoxicating illegal products are banned and not to be brought to the house or consumed.
  • For any update, the customer shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.

For any amendments or cancellations, the customer is liable for charges as stated in the booking agreement. We aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. Should you have any questions, our support team is always available to help.

Smoke alarm not reported — The host hasn't reported a smoke alarm on the property. We suggest bringing a portable detector for your trip.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make the cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours from the time of confirmation, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, for cancellations made after 48 hours and up to 365 days from the booking date, a charge of 30% of the total booking value will be applied.

Date Change Policy

We understand that travel plans can evolve, and we aim to accommodate date changes as smoothly as possible. Changes requested within 48 hours of the original booking can be made at no additional charge. However, changes requested after 48 hours and up to 365 days from the original booking date will incur a 30% charge of the total booking cost.

  • Date changes requested within 0–48 hours of booking are free of charge.
  • Changes requested after 48 hours and up to 365 days will be charged 30% of the total booking cost.
  • All date change requests must be submitted via email or through the website.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may result in a fare or rate difference.
  • Only one date change is allowed per booking unless stated otherwise.
  • New booking dates must fall within 365 days of the original booking date.
  • Bookingooo reserves the right to review and adjust its date change policies periodically.

Special Request

We understand that every guest has unique needs and preferences, and we do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible. All special requests must be submitted at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. While we strive to fulfill every request, availability is subject to the service provider and may incur additional charges.

  • Special requests submitted within 48 hours of booking will be added to your reservation at no extra cost (subject to availability).
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours may incur an additional charge, if applicable.
  • All special requests must be submitted via email or through the website to ensure proper handling.
  • Special requests are always subject to availability and confirmation from the service provider.
  • Bookingooo is not liable for special requests that are not confirmed or fulfilled due to operational constraints.
  • Additional charges for special requests, if any, will be communicated and must be paid in advance.
  • Changes or cancellations to special requests must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the booking date.
